Clocking up 15 years management experience in the event industry, Paul was Head of UK Operations at ReedMidem working across a portfolio of entertainment events: MIPCOM, MIPTV and MIDEM. Managing a multi-million pound business delivering events and marketing campaigns he has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment: BBC, Fremantle, ITV, EONE, SKY, Mattel, Spotify, WMG.

Pauls most recent venture Heads Up is a collective of creatives looking for bleeding-edge technology to design unforgettable innovation driven experiences. Recent projects include F1 ‘FeelTheDrive' at both Barcelona and Silverstone Grand Prix. Paddock Clubs guest could experience the sheer driving excellence of Lewis Hamiltons record breaking Spanish GP pole lap in a unique immersive activation. A combination of telemetry data taken from the cars sensors were synched with Haptic and Mixed Reality technology to create an unrivalled immersive experience.

Heads Up works at R&D level with some of the most important technology companies in the world and we are pleased to have formed a joint venture with STEALTH to deliver unrivalled brand experiences utilising the worlds best immersive technology.
