To create excitement and build awareness of the latest GT SPORT console game, PlayStation and Gran Turismo needed to create an exciting experiential launch event and eSport championship for press, gamers, influencers and competition winners.

Taking over the Copper Box and surrounding roads at the Olympic park in London, the two-day event showcased concept cars from the car manufacturers featured in the FIA sanctioned game.

With live streamed gaming broadcast on the Gran Turismo YouTube channel, real world driving experiences and hot laps around the bespoke designed Olympic Park circuit, 400+ gamers, guests and journalists enjoyed pop-up street food, bar, DJ’s and a multitude of interactive gaming experiences.

HPS Jardine appointed STEALTH to manage suppliers, Enigma, Denham Tech and GTA Global, all aspects of pre-production, set design and dressing, AV, sound, lighting installation, vehicle movements, logistics and health & safety, managing stakeholder relationships, suppliers, partners, the Copper Box and Olympic Park.
